ServiceNow TECHNICAL LEAD

Your responsibilities:

In this position, you will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring they meet client needs and adhere to industry best practices. 

You will also be responsible for:

- Ensuring successful completion for each phase of the ServiceNow projects. You will be the subject-matter expert for ServiceNow platform capabilities;
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Identify enterprise architecture constraints and address those in the technical design;
- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.

Experience: 

Professional requirements and competencies:

- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments that have implemented ITSM and ITOM;
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform;
- Experience in building and leading high-performing ServiceNow teams;
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery and develop your team further;
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal);
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad if required.
