Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to take the pivotal role of a:

CHIEF OFFICER RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

You will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the development, and implementation of adequate risk management policies regarding market, credit, and operational risk. You will serve as a main advisor to the CEO on all risk-related issues and initiatives.

Experience: 

Essential requirements for the role:

- Bachelor’s or higher University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies and frameworks;
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- Profound knowledge of the market and competition;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels:
- Very good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Ability to lead and mentor the risk management team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
