A FinTech company HQ in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, which is one of the fastest-growing digital financial brokers in the European market. They are operating in 18 countries in Europe and are still expanding. Due to their growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria, together we are looking for a:
Experience:
QA Solution Architect
- Create the company QA vision in line with financial regulatory compliance and best practices
- Develop and grow the QA capability to the needs of product development
- Scope, forecast, plan and deliver testing as a service to the organization
- Achieves full company test coverage and works towards test process automation and QA cost optimizations
- Grow and expand current team size and help attract best-in-class talent from the local market;
Main requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering role preferably as a QA Lead or Architect
- Deep knowledge of QA manual and automation process and methodology;
- English language proficiency;
- Knowledge or experience in Jira, Confluence, Git
- Knowledge or experience in Maven, Jenkins, Java, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge or experience in Selenium, jUnit or TestNG
Advantages:
- ISTQB certification;
- CPO, CSM, or any certification concerning Agile processes;
- Experience in MS SQL or MySQL
- University Degree in Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
