Our client:

A US-based company that develops a platform for training, experience, and analysis of teams that communicate with customers, sales, and more. The platform is currently working and several thousand calls a day pass through it. The company's customers are mainly based in the US, Australia, UK, Canada.

For their office in Sofia, together we are looking for:


Your main responsibilities will be related to working with IT/Network teams and setting up new customers. You will work alongside Customer Success to onboard new users, resolving customer issues via email, Slack, Intercom (live chat), and video conferencing.


- Experience in writing support content;
- Knowledge of how to manage cases throughout the entire support lifecycle;
- Excellent understanding of support platforms like Intercom, Jira, Salesforce - at least, one of them;
- Very good knowledge of the English language due to the fact the team is international;
