Right now they are looking for a: an IT Geek to hold the position of a:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues via email, live chat, and others comm channels.

Experience: 

- Experience in writing support content and managed cases throughout the entire Support lifecycle
- Previous experience in support platforms (Intercom, Jira, Planhat)
- Knowledge and experience in CRM would be considered an advantage
- Excellent English (both written and verbal)
