Our client is a technology company based in Germany operating in the automotive and retail field. For their new and exciting project the company is looking for building a team of people passioned to enter in the IT business doing::

ENTRY-LEVEL TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The ideal candidate has to have excellent writing and speaking skills in German and will troubleshoot and fix different kinds of simple technical issues, incl. passwords, email, and application problems, etc.

Experience: 

Requirements:

- Fluent German (B2+/C1, both written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of the English language (B1/B2);
- Knowledge or experience using IP protocols, FTP, DNS, password resets ,etc;
- Some previous experience as a technical support specialist would be considered a plus but it is not mandatory!
