Who is our client?

A global leader in the production, development, and delivery of complete solutions in structure cabling and building end-to-end communication networks. Their products are used for data centers, office centers, and public networks. Currently, together with them, we are looking for a Country Sales Manager who will be responsible for the success of their company's sales team.


Some of your responsibilities:

- To build, manage and guide the sales team of the company;
- To improve the sales efficiency and expansion of the company in the country;
- To support the team to reach the sales targets;
- To ensure all pricing quoted is in line with the company’s policy;


- Previous experience as a sales representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
- Ability to lead a sales team;
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively;
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Management, or Economics;
- Very good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
