By using the latest technology, development languages, and software, they stay on top of the rank list and offer some of the best solutions for their clients. Together with them, we are looking for:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEADER

You will lead the Technical Support team and guide its day-to-day operations!

Experience: 

• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Profound experience in technical support activities;
• Understanding of cloud and front-end technologies;
• Networking and protocols knowledge – HTTP(S), (S)FTP, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, etc.;
• Experience with monitoring tools;
• Very good level of English /both written and spoken/;
• Last but not least they need someone with excellent leadership skills!
