LINUX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining the Server Operating Systems related to Linux / UNIX / RedHat. You will participate in the planning, implementation, management, and monitoring of the business, infrastructure, and application systems such as servers, storages, and clusters. You will be involved in the development and documentation of internal procedures related to the supported environment and systems.
Experience:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Linux system administration and support;
- Background with virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESXi, KVM, or RedHat;
- Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies – Azure, AWS, OpenStack;
- Experience in scripting with one or more of the following: Bash, Python, or Perl;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Some experience with any of the following - Red Hat OS management or Red Hat OpenShift Container platforms;
- Previous working experience in a banking or financial institution.
Education:
- University degree in Computer Science, Economics, (Business) Informatics, or related specialty;
