APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR
As an Application Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work in an international Agile environment;
- Perform application administration, maintenance, and monitoring activities;
- Provide second-level applications support and ensure timely and effective resolution of reported Incidents;
- Work on the root cause analysis for recurring incidents or incidents with high severity;
- Deal with Vendors in regard to incidents and problems as well as applications improvements and optimizations
Experience:
Essential requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or related specialty;
- Basic knowledge or experience with Operating Systems, Web services, and/or System Integration;
- Knowledge of SQL (scripting);
- Very good level of English (at least B2 level written and verbal);
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
