SCRUM MASTER
Some of your responsibilities:
- Developing, coaching, and facilitating the Scrum Teams, as well as guiding them through the Scrum process or other Agile Methodology;
- Working closely with IT Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to identify and resolve dependencies between squads, projects, and other teams;
- Helping the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity;
- Last but not least, supporting the Agile Transformation process in the organization.
Experience:
Essential requirements:
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in an Agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Experience in using one or more collaboration management tools (Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow, etc.);
- Good knowledge of other methodologies or practices (Kanban, Lean, SAFe) is an advantage;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level);
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills as well as the Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related specialty;
