AGILE COACH
Main responsibilities and duties:
The person in this position is responsible for developing, coaching, and facilitating the Scrum Teams, as well as guiding them through the Scrum process or other Agile Methodology. You will work closely with IT Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to identify and resolve dependencies between squads, projects, and other teams. As a Senior professional, you will help the scrum team to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and support the Agile Transformation process in the organization.
Experience:
- Proven professional experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master;
- Experience in Agile and other methodologies and practices such as Kanban, Lean, etc;
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Experience in using one or more of the following: Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow, etc.;
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related specialty - MUST;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level).
