A leading company specializing in producing and designing autonomous energy systems provides complex R&D solutions. The company’s portfolio includes various product lines applicable in multiple industries and is found in more than 50 countries.

Currently, their team is growing and we are looking for a professional who will take the position of an:

Administrative Manager

In this role, your responsibilities will include office management and administrative tasks, daily communication with third parties /partners, clients, distributors/, and support of the company’s Managers.

Experience: 

- 1+ years of professional experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, or other relevant position;
- University degree in “Public Administration”, “Economics” or other humanitarian or economic specialty;
- Organizational skills - ability to manage tasks and to keep the deadlines;
- Excellent computer literacy - MS Office and Internet;
- Proactive attitude with outstanding communication skills;
- Positive, energetic, and honest person;
- Fluency in English - at least B2 level (written and spoken).
