They are currently expanding their activity, and we are looking for motivated team players to join their team in Varna, Bulgaria, in the position of:

Senior Manager - EDI Operations

Key responsibilities for the role:

- Analyze and validate EDI messages and transactional data to ensure compliance with industry standards and business rules.
- Troubleshoot errors, support supplier onboarding, and collaborate with technical teams to test and validate EDI message flows.
- Maintain clear, structured documentation covering EDI mappings, validation rules, common error scenarios, and data-quality guidelines.

Experience: 

- 2+ years of professional experience in EDI operations, preferably in retail, supply chain, or ERP-integrated environment;
- Good understanding of EDI fundamentals, message structures, and ERP integration;
- Experience in analyzing EDI data and business transactions, incl. identifying the discrepancies;
- Experience with EDIFACT (PRICAT, INVOIC, DESADV), XML, and SAP IDOCs;
- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation;
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with technical teams, business users, and external EDI partners;
- Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Computer Science;
- Excellent command of the English language (B2+/C1 level).
