We are currently supporting the company in recruiting motivated junior professionals to join its team in Varna in the position of:
Junior Buying Operations & Supply Chain Specialist
Your role
Your role will be to support the Buying team throughout the entire order process, working closely with suppliers to ensure orders are confirmed and delivered on time. You will keep product and order information accurate and up to date, monitor incoming shipments, and follow up on any delays or discrepancies. You will also collaborate with the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams to support smooth day-to-day operations and timely product availability.
Requirements
• Background in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion, or a related field;
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, textile, or e-commerce is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail;
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Good command of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables;
• SAP MM or Jira experience is an advantage;
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
